Daniel purchased and renovated his first rental homes starting in 1991.  Since 1995, he has been immersed in real estate brokerage, appraisal, and consulting, dedicating his career to guiding homeowners and investors toward smart, successful decisions. For Daniel, property management isn’t just about overseeing homes, it’s about helping people invest in themselves and their financial futures. Recognized as one of Fort Worth’s 40 Under 40 and an Outstanding Alumnus of the University of North Texas, he has built a reputation for excellence, expertise, and a deep commitment to the industry. But Daniel’s true passion lies in helping people succeed, particularly military families. Having worked extensively in the San Antonio community, he understands the unique challenges service members face when managing their properties from afar. That’s why he founded Arabella Property Management, LLC, a company dedicated to providing expert, personalized property management services.
